Available for new engagements — Q2 2026

AI & workflow systems for law firms that actually bill.

I'm a practicing attorney in Maryland, D.C., Florida, and Ohio. I've shipped four production legal-tech products from inside an active law practice. Now I help other firms turn AI hype into systems that capture revenue — not slide decks.

— About

Most legal AI consultants have never tried a case. Most legal-tech founders have never written a brief.

I'm both. That combination is rare, and it's the entire point.

I run a Baltimore criminal & civil practice while shipping the software that runs that practice. Every workflow I'll build for your firm, I've already built for mine — under the same Bar oversight, the same MRPC 1.6 confidentiality obligations, the same client-trust requirements you live under every day.

That means no vaporware demos. No 40-page strategy decks. No recommending tools I haven't deployed in a live firm with real clients and real fee disputes. You get exactly what works, prioritized in the order that captures revenue fastest.

If you want a McKinsey-style "AI transformation roadmap," I'm not your person. If you want someone to walk in, find your three highest-value bottlenecks, and ship working systems in 90 days, this is the right conversation.

01
I ship — not slideware.
Every engagement ends with working production systems inside your firm, not a report on a shelf.
02
Ethics-first by default.
UPL, fee-splitting, MRPC 1.6 — these shape every recommendation because they shape my own practice.
03
Your stack, not mine.
Clio, Filevine, MyCase, GHL, Lawmatics, JotForm, LawPay — I work with what you already pay for.
04
Outcomes, not dashboards.
Hours saved per matter. Leads converted. Cases handled per attorney. Anything else is theater.

— How it works

Four steps. No fluff.

A short, intentional path from first call to a system you actually own.

— 01
Discovery call
Thirty minutes. Free. We figure out together if I can actually help — and what the highest-ROI move is for your firm right now.
— 02
Audit or scope
Tier 01 audit if you're not sure where to start. Direct scoping for firms with a known pain point and budget.
— 03
Build & deploy
I work alongside your team in your stack. You see weekly progress in production, not in slide decks or status updates.
— 04
Handoff & train
Documented SOPs, training videos, and thirty days of post-launch support. The system survives without me.
— FAQ

Things firm owners ask before booking.

If your question isn't answered here, raise it on the discovery call. I'd rather know the hesitation up front.

Are you actually a practicing attorney, or just a tech person?
Both. I'm licensed in Maryland, D.C., Florida, and Ohio, and I run an active criminal & civil practice in Baltimore. I'm at the courthouse most weeks. I build software because I needed it for my own practice first.
Is this legal advice? Are you my lawyer?
No. This is business consulting — workflow, software, and operations — provided through a separate consulting LLC. I'm not your firm's outside counsel and we don't form an attorney-client relationship. If you need ethics opinions specific to your jurisdiction, I'll refer you to ethics counsel licensed where you practice.
Will my client data be safe?
Yes. Every system I build is designed for MRPC 1.6 confidentiality from the ground up. No client data leaves your environment unless you explicitly approve a vendor, and I'll always recommend self-hosted or enterprise-tier options when client material is involved. Mutual NDA before any audit work begins.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The whole point is that you don't. I work directly with your existing team — paralegals, intake, office manager — and leave behind systems they can run without writing a line of code.
What size firm do you typically work with?
Solo to roughly twenty-five attorneys. Larger firms have internal innovation teams; smaller firms get the most leverage from a single sharp engagement.
Do you take equity instead of cash?
Occasionally, for the right firm — typically a hybrid of reduced cash plus a small revenue share on the workflows we build together. Raise it on the discovery call.
